Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (up to 48 hours) after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-order items are shipped according to the estimated release schedule stated on the product page. Release dates may change due to manufacturer, distributor, or supplier delays.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will generally be shipped once all items become available.
To receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

Packaging Protection
Albums, photocards, figures, plushies, posters, and collectible merchandise are carefully packaged before shipping.
Posters may be shipped folded or rolled depending on the product listing and packaging method.
Customs & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays, customs fees, rejected shipments, returned packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information or failure to pay customs duties or import fees.
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, weather conditions, strikes, customs inspections, or other events outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- the damaged item
- the packaging
- the shipping label
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
Minor scratches, dents, folds, manufacturing imperfections, print misalignments, or small packaging damage on albums, photocards, boxes, figures, plushies, or merchandise caused during production or shipping do not qualify as damaged items eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
