Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted only after contacting us by email first. Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon approval.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Important Information About Albums, Merchandise & Collectibles

Please note that minor manufacturing imperfections and minor packaging damage are common in K-pop, anime, and K-drama merchandise production and international shipping.

The following are NOT considered valid reasons for refunds, replacements, or returns:

- Minor scratches, dents, creases, or small marks on outer packaging
- Slightly bent corners
- Small imperfections on album covers, photobooks, boxes, or packaging
- Manufacturing marks or printing imperfections
- Minor discoloration
- Small tears or damage to outer protective plastic wrapping
- Minor damage caused during international transportation
- Slight paint imperfections on figures or collectible items

The outer packaging exists primarily to protect the product inside and may arrive with minor imperfections during shipping.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of severe damage affecting the actual product contents or functionality.

Unboxing Video Requirement

We kindly ask all customers to record a clear unboxing video when opening their parcel.

The video must:
- clearly show the unopened package
- clearly show the shipping label
- show the full opening process continuously without cuts or edits
- clearly display all items and inclusions inside the package

Claims regarding:
- missing items
- missing photocards or inclusions
- incorrect products
- damaged items

may be rejected if valid unboxing proof is not provided.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are shipped after the official release date and once stock arrives at our warehouse.

Please note that release dates are determined by manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers and may change, be delayed, or be postponed without prior notice.

Estimated shipping dates shown on product pages are approximate and not guaranteed.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items are available.

Please be aware that:
- supplier delays
- production delays
- customs procedures
- manufacturer allocation limits
- high-demand releases

may affect shipping times.

If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, your order may be held until all items are available.

We reserve the right to split shipments when necessary.

Pre-order cancellations may not always be possible once the order has been processed, prepared, or submitted to suppliers.

In rare cases, products may become unavailable due to supplier stock limitations or manufacturer cancellations. If this happens, customers will be notified and refunded for the affected item(s).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- opened albums
- opened blind boxes
- opened random version products
- opened photocards or trading cards
- opened collectible items
- digital products
- gift cards
- personalized or custom-made items
- hygiene-related products
- sale or clearance items

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if:
- your item arrived severely damaged
- you received the wrong item
- something is missing from your order

Please include:
- clear photos/videos
- your order number
- a description of the issue

We reserve the right to refuse claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

International Orders (Outside the EU)

All international sales outside the European Union are considered final.

Due to high international shipping costs, customs procedures, and international delivery times, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the European Union.

International customers are responsible for:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- additional fees charged by their country

We are not responsible for customs delays, customs rejections, or additional import charges.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to:
- an incorrect shipping address
- refusal to pay customs/import fees
- failure to collect the parcel
- failure to provide required customs information

additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
